1. What do you clean?
We clean carpets, upholstery, and spots or stains using professional, safe products. Carpet protector is also available.

2. Do you move furniture?
We don’t move furniture for insurance reasons. Larger furniture items can be left in place, and we’ll clean around them. Please clear the area of small or light items before we arrive.

3. How much does it cost?
We have a minimum call-out fee of £55. Carpet cleaning starts from £45 per room, with discounts for multiple rooms. Upholstery cleaning starts from £40 per item.

4. How long will it take?
Carpets: 30–60 minutes per room.
Upholstery: 45 Mins –1.5 Hours per item.

5. Will my carpets be wet?
They may be slightly damp but not soaked. Drying usually takes 1–2 hours.

6. Can you remove all stains?
We aim to remove all stains, but some old or stubborn marks may not disappear completely.

7. Are your cleaning products safe?
Yes, all products are safe for children and pets when used correctly.

8. How do I book?
Book online, call, or message us. We’ll confirm a time that suits you.

9. Do I need to be home?
Yes, an adult should be present during cleaning.

10. What if I’m not happy with the results?
We’ll work with you to resolve any concerns and make sure you’re satisfied

11. How often should I have carpets cleaned?
Every 6–12 months is recommended, or more often for high-traffic areas.
